**Job Summary**:
Minsol Limited is seeking a skilled and experienced Grader Operator with a minimum of 4 years of proven experience in mining, road construction, or infrastructure projects. The operator will be responsible for operating motor graders for leveling, grading, and maintaining roads and working areas within the project site.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Operate motor graders safely and efficiently for road formation, maintenance, leveling, and surface dressing works.
- Perform grading operations for haul roads, site access roads, dumps, and working areas as per instructions.
- Conduct daily pre-start checks and routine inspections of the grader’s systems — including brakes, blade adjustments, hydraulic controls, and lights.
- Follow site supervisors’ instructions to meet grading quality and safety standards.
- Maintain proper drainage, slopes, and camber on site roads and working platforms.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols, worksite regulations, and operational procedures.
- Keep accurate records of machine usage, fuel consumption, and daily work logs.
- Report any breakdowns or operational issues to the maintenance team promptly.
- Assist in minor maintenance and cleaning of the grader.
**Key Requirements**:
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience as a Grader Operator in mining, road construction, or infrastructure projects.
- Valid HEMM License / Grader Operating License.
- Strong knowledge of grading techniques, safe operating practices, and site safety norms.
- Physically fit and able to work in varied site conditions.
- Basic knowledge of grader maintenance and troubleshooting preferred.
