Dozer Operator

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate dozers safely and efficiently for tasks including earth leveling, backfilling, bench making, dump maintenance, and road maintenance within the project site.
- Conduct daily equipment checks for operational safety — including brakes, hydraulic systems, blades, lights, and fuel levels.
- Maintain assigned working areas, create and maintain roads, dump yards, and safe workspaces as per site instructions.
- Follow directions from site supervisors and coordinators for daily job schedules.
- Carry out earthmoving operations to support excavation and loading activities.
- Maintain accurate work records, fuel logs, and daily operation reports.
- Adhere to company safety protocols and ensure proper usage of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Identify and report any mechanical or operational issues to the maintenance team immediately.
- Assist in basic maintenance and cleaning of the equipment as required.

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience as a Dozer Operator in mining, construction, or infrastructure projects.
- Valid HEMM License / Dozer Operating License.
- Good knowledge of safe equipment operation procedures and site safety regulations.
- Physically fit and capable of working in challenging outdoor and site conditions.
- Basic troubleshooting ability and knowledge of dozer maintenance.
