Excavator Operator

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate hydraulic excavators and related heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
- Perform excavation, trenching, digging, loading, and leveling as per project requirements.
- Conduct daily pre-start checks and routine inspections of the machine to ensure safe and proper functioning.
- Report any operational faults or maintenance requirements immediately.
- Follow work instructions from site supervisors and adhere to project schedules.
- Maintain work logs and equipment usage records as directed.
- Ensure strict compliance with company safety guidelines and operational standards.
- Coordinate with other operators and ground staff for smooth site operations.

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum 4 years of practical experience as an Excavator Operator in mining, construction, or infrastructure projects.
- Valid Excavator Operator License / HEMM License.
- Good knowledge of safe operation procedures and site safety norms.
- Physically fit and able to work in outdoor and demanding site conditions.
- Ability to perform minor equipment troubleshooting and assist in basic maintenance.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in heavy equipment operation from a recognized training center.
- Experience in open-cast mining operations will be an added advantage.
