**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create engaging and high-quality content, including text, images, and videos.
- Manage and grow social media communities by interacting with followers and responding to comments and messages.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate reports.
- Run social media advertising campaigns and manage budgets effectively.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Provide support to clients on social media marketing strategies and best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in social media marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for social media.
- Proficiency in social media management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in managing and growing social media accounts for brands or businesses.
- Experience in creating and executing successful social media campaigns.
- Experience with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
- Experience with social media analytics and reporting.
