**Role Overview**

The Social Media Handler will manage our social media presence and execute campaigns that drive engagement, awareness, and brand positioning. This role combines creative content creation, community engagement, analytics, and campaign execution, aligned with broader business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Social Strategy & Planning**:

- Collaborate with marketing leads to develop and execute social media strategies tailored to our IT‑services audience. Build and maintain an editorial calendar covering platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram
- **Content Creation & Publishing**
- Craft compelling text, visuals, and video content aligned with our brand voice. Schedule and publish posts using tools such as Buffer or Hootsuite
- **Community Engagement & Customer Interaction**
- **Performance Tracking & Reporting**:

- **Paid Campaign Management (if applicable)**:

- **Trend Monitoring & Brand Consistency**:

- **Reputation & Crisis Management**:

- **Collaboration**
- Proven hands-on experience managing business social media accounts
- Proficiency with tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite
- Creative mindset with good design sense and attention to detail

**Preferred**
- Experience in IT‐services, B2B, or technology marketing
- Portfolio of successful campaigns, community building, or paid ads
- Familiarity with SEO, influencer outreach, and competitive benchmarking
