Role Overview

Interns will assist in content creation, scheduling, audience engagement, and performance analysis across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X. You’ll gain real-world exposure to social media workflows within an IT services setting.

Key Responsibilities
- **Content Creation & Scheduling**:

- Support in crafting and curating engaging posts—text, graphics, and short-form video.
- Assist in developing weekly/monthly editorial calendars for consistent posting.
- **Campaigns & Research**:

- Contribute ideas for social media campaigns and assist in their execution.
- Research competitors and social trends to inform strategy.

**Community Engagement**
- Monitor comments, messages, and mentions; respond promptly to foster brand image.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:

- Track metrics like reach, engagement, and clicks; support creation of weekly/monthly performance reports.
- **Support Live Initiatives**:

- Assist during online events or on-site photo/video shoots to gather content.

Who Should Apply?
- **Essential**:

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or similar field.
- Genuine interest in digital media and familiarity with platforms.
- Strong communication and creative-writing skills.
- Detail-oriented with good time management.
- Basic skills in design or video tools (Canva, Adobe, CapCut).
- **Preferred (optional)**:

- Experience managing social media (college group or personal projects).
- Basic understanding of analytics tools (platform insights, Google Analytics).
- Interest in IT services or tech domain.

Internship Details
- **Duration**: 3-6 months, flexible to accommodate studies.
