**About Us**

Flux Motors is an innovative electric vehicle manufacturer specializing in adventure vehicles, defense UGVs, and electric bikes. We are expanding our digital presence and looking for a creative **Social Media Executive** to lead our online branding and engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
- Create engaging content, including posts, reels, videos, and graphics, to showcase Flux Motors' products and innovations.
- Manage daily posting schedules, track engagement metrics, and optimize content for better reach.
- Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build an active community.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to run social media ad campaigns and promotions.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to keep our content fresh and engaging.
- Work with designers, videographers, and influencers to enhance brand awareness.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent content creation skills (text, image, and video).
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop) and video editing is a plus.
- Ability to analyze metrics and adjust strategies for maximum engagement.
- Passion for electric vehicles, adventure vehicles, and innovation.
