**Job Summary**

We're seeking a creative, results-driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow our brand’s presence across social platforms. From strategy to execution, you’ll play a key role in building community, driving engagement, and generating leads through social media.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Create engaging content (text, image, video) in collaboration with the design and content teams.
- Schedule and publish posts using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and industry news.
- Track analytics and performance metrics to optimize content and campaigns.
- Respond to comments, messages, and community interactions in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams for campaign alignment and promotions.
- Assist in running paid ad campaigns and analyzing ROI.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of social media marketing experience (internship/freelance also considered).
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and a good eye for design and trends.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Suite, or other design tools is a plus.
- [Bonus] Basic knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, or influencer marketing.
