**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, update, and improve curriculum in line with current industry trends and technological advancements.
- Guide students in project work, internships, dissertations, and entrepreneurial initiatives.
- Conduct scholarly research and publish in reputed journals.
- Organize and participate in workshops, seminars, and industry interaction programs.
- Support the department in academic planning, student development activities, and accreditation processes.
- Contribute to social media strategy and outreach of the college if required.
- Collaborate with industry experts and enhance corporate interface for student placements and internships.

**Qualifications**:

- Ph.D. in Management, Media Studies, Digital Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Master’s degree (MBA, or equivalent) with specialization in Digital Marketing / Social Media Marketing.
- Minimum of 3 years of teaching or relevant industry experience.
- UGC NET qualification (preferred but not mandatory if Ph.D. awarded as per UGC norms).

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
