**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, create, and post engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
- Develop and implement effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and interact with the audience.
- Create and edit graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.
- Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools and prepare reports.
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to maintain brand consistency.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience (0-3 years) managing business social media accounts.
- Strong creativity, writing, and visual communication skills.
- Knowledge of social media tools like Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar.
- Understanding of SEO, hashtags, and online engagement techniques.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
