**Qualifications And Skills**
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Experience in creating engaging social media content including posts, videos, and graphics.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze social media data and metrics and make data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Knowledge of digital marketing principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with social media advertising platforms, such as Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred).

**Roles And Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand visibility and reach.
- Create and manage social media content, including posts, videos, and graphics.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Engage with the online community and respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to align social media efforts with overall business goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive website traffic.
- Track and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Stay informed about industry regulations and ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months

**Salary**: From ₹2,000.00 per month
