Designation: Guest Relation Executive
- Experience: 2+ years in Real Estate / Hospitality
- Qualification: Graduate (any stream)
- Location: Kalyan Sales Office
- Industry: Real Estate

**Responsibilities**
- Handle the walk-in clients and guests at the project site and guide them to the concerned person
- Respond to clients - visitors on time and provide complete and correct information either in writing or in person as requested
- Ensure the clients are attended on time regarding the project details
- Maintain client updates on enquiries made
- Maintain database and MIS
- Maintain the stock of pantry and stationery
- Basic housekeeping
- Make tea / coffee arrangements for guests / walk-in clients
- Answer all incoming calls politely and redirect them to the appropriate department and take down messages
- Accept all Couriers, Letters, Register AD and packages, and distribute them to their appropriate departments
- Ensure front desk, meeting rooms and conference rooms are neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and paper
- Managing workspace furnishings, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, lift etc. Having their updated list for easy references
- Assist to organize events/functions/celebrations at Site Office

**Pre-requisites**
- Excellent written & verbal skills (English is must)
- Computer knowledge is must
- Knowledge of Word, Excel & PowerPoint

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
