  • Daily Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage department, including service execution and maintaining brand standards.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff. Delegate tasks to ensure efficient service and team performance.
  • Inventory and Procurement: Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality products.
  • Quality Control: Implement quality control measures for both food and service. Ensure proper hygiene, presentation, and portion control.
  • Financial Management: Monitor and control the budget, and analyze financial data to improve profitability.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly, and implement changes to improve the overall guest experience.
