Executive Assistant to CEO

**Key Responsibilities:1. Calendar & Schedule Management**
- Manage and coordinate the executive’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.
- Prioritize tasks and schedule commitments efficiently.
- Ensure timely reminders and follow-ups.
**2. Communication & Correspondence**
- Act as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
**3. Meeting Coordination & Documentation**
- Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
- Ensure timely follow-ups on action items.
- Organize conference calls, webinars, and business events.
**4. Travel & Logistics Management**
- Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel.
- Manage travel expenses and reimbursements.
**5. Office Administration & Support**
- Maintain confidential records and files.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Support day-to-day operations and project coordination.
**6. Special Projects & Research**
- Conduct market research and prepare executive summaries.
- Assist in strategic initiatives and project execution.
- Coordinate with different teams for business-related activities.
**Key Skills & Competencies**:
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Suite, and other productivity tools**.
- Ability to handle **confidential information** with discretion.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to multitask.
- Professionalism, attention to detail, and proactive approach.
**Preferred Experience**:
- Prior experience in an **Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Administrative role**.
- Experience in handling **C-level executives** is a plus.
- Familiarity with business operations and project management.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
