Role Overview: As a Salescloser, you will be responsible for converting warm leads on discovery calls into high-value clients. Your main focus will be selling our customer acquisition strategic programs, which are tailored for entrepreneurs and business owners. You’ll need strong communication skills and the ability to understand client needs, position our services, and close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct discovery calls with entrepreneurs and business owners.
- Understand client pain points and effectively present our customer acquisition solutions.
- Build rapport with potential clients, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
- Convert qualified leads into paying clients by closing high-ticket deals.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in closing high-ticket sales on discovery calls.
- Proven experience selling programs or services to entrepreneurs, business owners, or C-suite professionals.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Self-driven and results-oriented with a passion for sales.
- Experience in consulting or strategic programs is a plus.
Compensation:
- Competitive base salary + revenue-sharing on closed deals.
- Opportunity to earn significant commissions based on performance.
