**Job Description: Virtual Assistant for Online Bidding Profiles**

**About Us**:
Digital Innovations is a dynamic IT company specializing in web, mobile app, and software development. We're seeking a dedicated Virtual Assistant to join our team and play a crucial role in our online bidding and sales processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Online Bidding**:

- Create compelling and persuasive bidding proposals for various IT projects on platforms like Freelancer, Upwork, and others.
- Research and analyze client requirements to tailor bids effectively.
- Ensure timely submission of bids within project deadlines.
- **Client Communication**:

- Respond to client inquiries and messages promptly and professionally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
- Address client concerns and provide timely updates on project progress.
- **Sales Process**:

- Follow up with potential clients to nurture leads and close deals.
- Provide sales support to the sales team as needed.
- Track and report on sales activities and performance metrics.
- **Market Research**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Identify new market opportunities and potential clients.
- **Data Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bids, and project information.
- Organize and manage sales data using CRM or similar tools.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong understanding of the IT industry and project management concepts.
- Proficiency in using online bidding platforms (Freelancer, Upwork, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
- Willingness to work in a remote night shift.
