**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and pursue new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and field visits
- Promote and sell products/services to prospective and existing customers
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets as defined by the company
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activity, and industry best practices
- Deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Maintain accurate records and prepare regular sales reports
- Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and promotional events
**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Previous experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales/customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated and target-oriented with a proactive mindset
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office and basic CRM tools
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred
