Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

Actively promote and sell health insurance and term life insurance products to prospective clients.

Identify customer needs, provide appropriate insurance solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain regular follow-up with clients to ensure policy renewals and cross-selling opportunities.

Stay updated with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.

Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and networking.

Ensure compliance with regulatory and company guidelines in all sales processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in life/health insurance or related financial products.

Strong knowledge of health insurance plans, term life insurance, and related financial products.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.

Graduation in any stream (preferred but not mandatory).

IRDAI License (preferred; otherwise should be willing to obtain one).
