**Job Summary**: As a Captain at Junior Kuppanna, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will oversee the dining area, manage the service team, and ensure that all customer needs are met promptly and efficiently. Your leadership and attention to detail will contribute to the smooth operation of the restaurant and overall guest satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Service**: Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner. Address any special requests or concerns to ensure a memorable dining experience.
- **Team Leadership**: Supervise and coordinate the activities of servers and other front-of-house staff. Provide guidance and support to ensure high standards of service.
- **Order Management**: Oversee the accurate and timely delivery of food and beverages to tables. Coordinate with kitchen staff to address any special requests or modifications.
- **Service Standards**: Ensure that service standards are consistently met or exceeded. Conduct regular checks to ensure tables are clean and well-prepared.
- **Training and Development**: Train new staff members on restaurant procedures, service standards, and customer interaction techniques. Provide ongoing feedback and support for skill development.
- **Problem Resolution**: Address and resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally. Ensure that any problems are handled in a way that maintains customer satisfaction.
- **Operational Efficiency**: Monitor and manage the flow of service to ensure efficient operations. Assist with the setup and breakdown of dining areas as needed.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Ensure that all staff follow proper hygiene and safety procedures.
- **Inventory and Supplies**: Assist with monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed. Report any shortages or issues to management.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a restaurant setting is preferred. Experience as a server or captain is a plus.
- **Skills**: Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
- **Attributes**: Attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a commitment to providing exceptional guest service. Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
- **Availability**: Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, may be required.
