**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and employees with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable.
- Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Assist clients with initial inquiries about properties and services.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
- Maintain records of visitor logs and update client databases as required.
- Provide basic administrative support such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Assist the sales and marketing team with event coordination and property viewings when needed.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1-2 years as a receptionist or in a customer service role, preferably in real estate.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle confidential information.
