**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a persuasive and client-focused **Sales Advisor** to guide prospects through the value and structure of our Google AdWords services. The role involves voice-based interaction to qualify leads, recommend suitable ad packages, and assist in closing deals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage in outbound and follow-up calls with potential clients.
- Understand business needs and offer relevant Google Ads solutions.
- Clearly explain ad services, answer questions, and address objections.
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposal sharing and client onboarding.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of lead progress and call outcomes.
- Meet monthly targets for conversions and lead handling.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in digital sales or advisory roles, preferably in paid advertising or IT services.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Confidence in explaining digital marketing concepts over the phone.
- Basic understanding of Google Ads is preferred.
- Experience using CRM tools and managing lead pipelines.
