Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer support: Providing assistance and support to customers regarding vehicle sales, service, and maintenance.
2. Product knowledge: Having in-depth knowledge of vehicles, features, and benefits to answer customer queries.
3. Sales and upselling: Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers.
4. Issue resolution: Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
5. Relationship building: Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and retention.
**Requirements**:
1. Excellent communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
2. Product knowledge: Strong knowledge of vehicles, features, and benefits.
3. Customer service skills: Ability to provide exceptional customer service and support.

5. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing customer needs and industry trends.
Industry Knowledge:
1. Automotive industry trends: Knowledge of trends and developments in the automobile industry, including new vehicle models, technologies, and innovations.
2. Vehicle features and benefits: Understanding of vehicle features, benefits, and specifications.
