We’ve been sending it since 2010.

With a simple vision of creating a world-class craft beer culture and the promise of some excellent brews, fabulous food and an inclusive brand experience. This vision has since grown.

We started out on 100ft Road in Bangalore and made our way to Mumbai and Pune, setting up breweries in Sanaswadi (Maharashtra) and Nelamangala (Karnataka), and a Cidery in Himachal Pradesh along the way.

Over the past decade, we’ve created unpretentious neighbourhood spaces where you can unwind and be yourself, and over the last year, we’ve extended our craft beer experience to over 100 partner bars across Karnataka and Maharashtra, and bottled beer in Karnataka. And we’re just getting started.

- **Job Description - Marketing Associate - Brand Communication**_
Bengaluru

The role is a part of a vibrant and high-octane marketing team of a reputed and rapidly growing hospitality brand.

Ideal Profile:
2-3 years of hands-on experience in creative content writing, marketing content development.

Bachelor’s Degree in relevant or adjacent discipline (English, Journalism, Marketing,
Communication Studies, Economics, Social sciences etc.)
Post-graduation is an advantage but not essential.

Primary responsibilities:

- Responsible for contributing to and executing overall brand content strategy
- Contribute to brand awareness, association, recall and salience through various tasks and projects
- Execute assigned brand projects, on time and in full
- Manage social media handles of the brand/and products (along with content updates)
- Execute digital campaigns and be a custodian for the complete process
- Flawlessly execute/rollout/implement and manage content for social media, blogs, newsletters, websites, print collateral, internal and external marketing materials
- Participate in campaign execution and be a stakeholder in the complete process
- Coordinate copy to production process of all creatives and marketing aids
- Edit content produced by internal teams to ensure adherence to brand guidelines
- Periodically audit and refresh content at all brand communication touchpoints
- Work with team members on ideation, design and deployment of brand initiatives
- Work with consultants, agencies, partners, vendors and associations
- Maintain effective trackers, dashboards, MIS, documents, manuals, instructions etc. pertaining to brand projects and campaigns.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
