**Overview**:
The Marketing Associate plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth for the company through the strategic development and execution of marketing campaigns. This role involves identifying and evaluating potential leads, crafting compelling marketing materials, and overseeing the entire campaign lifecycle.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and assess promising leads within the apartment market.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns for apartments.
- Effectively manage campaign budgets to ensure optimal resource utilization.
- Engage with prospects, nurturing leads, and successfully concluding deals.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the outcomes of marketing campaigns.
- Drive results through other marketing campaigns assigned by the manager.
- Remain current with industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
- 0-3 years of hands-on marketing experience.
- Sound understanding of the Pharma or HealthCare industry.
- Proficiency in apartment marketing strategies and tactics.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration and rapport.
- Capacity to work autonomously and as part of a cohesive team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
