**3. RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Coordination and Creation of Marketing Assets**:Assist in the development of marketing materials, including brochures, catalogs, and online content.**:

- **End to end campaign management**: Campaign Strategy and Planning; Content Creation and Execution; List Management and Segmentation; Performance Analysis and Reporting
- Manage the **customer journey for purchase as well as engagement.**:

- **Devise strategies to retain customers** and implement remarketing initiatives to drive repeat business.
- Plan communication for feature release of products & to drive adoption.
- Identifying New Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and insights to contribute innovative marketing strategies for CENTA.
- Tracking & reporting of marketing metrics.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to plan overall marketing strategy across channels
- Qualifications:

- **Bachelor's degree** in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- **2-3 years experience in a similar role**:

- Familiarity with marketing platforms and marketing automation tools.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling and concise messaging.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent teamwork & collaboration skills
- Exposure or experience in **performance marketing is a plus**

**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
