**Marketing Associate**

- We are seeking a highly motivated
** Marketing Associate** to join our rapidly growing company, PyjamaHR. Our innovative Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is currently used by over 5,000 companies and is on track to revolutionize the global hiring landscape.

As a Marketing Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting our marketing efforts and contributing to the growth of our company.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Develop and implement social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement and lead generation.

Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing marketing strategies

Ensure all content and collateral adhere to brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages to our target audience.
- Track, measure and analyze marketing campaign performance using analytical tools and platforms
- Identify trends, insights, and areas of improvement to optimize marketing strategies & tactics.
- Monitor social media analytics and track the effectiveness of campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1- 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the HR tech industry or preferably
- in B2B or SaaS
- generation; experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics
- platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- segmentation.
- Experience with analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
- Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box to develop innovative marketing
- strategies

**SALARY RANGE**: 3.6 - 6 LPA
