**Key Responsibilities**
- **Customer Engagement**:

- Understand customer needs and provide timely, accurate, and helpful information about products or services.
- **Issue Resolution**:

- Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex problems and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Relationship Building**:

- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with customers by understanding their preferences and needs.
- Ensure a positive customer experience at every interaction to promote loyalty and repeat business.
- **Customer Feedback**:

- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Communicate insights to relevant teams to enhance products, services, and processes.
- **Sales Support**:

- Assist the sales team in identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Educate customers about promotions, new products, and services that align with their interests.
- **Data Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Generate reports on customer satisfaction, complaint trends, and key performance indicators.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other departments such as sales, marketing, and operations to resolve issues and improve customer experiences.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and customer service improvement initiatives.
- **Customer Retention**:

- Implement strategies to reduce churn and improve customer retention.
- Proactively reach out to inactive customers to re-engage them.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
