**Key Responsibilities**:

- Gather and compile customer and client data from various sources, including Google and other online platforms.
- Maintain and update the B2B customer contact database with accurate and relevant information.
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and security in the CRM or database management system.
- Regularly extract, clean, and categorize customer data for easy accessibility.
- Identify and remove duplicate, outdated, or irrelevant data from the database.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure the database supports lead generation and outreach efforts.
- Generate reports and insights based on collected data to support business decisions.
- Stay updated with best practices in database management and data privacy regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Experience in data entry, database management, or lead generation.
- Proficiency in Google search techniques for data extraction.
- Knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, and database software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

**Skills & Qualifications**:
Strong understanding of database management and lead generation.

Excellent research & analytical skills for data extraction.

Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM software for database organization.

Prior experience in B2B/B2C marketing is a plus.

Good communication & teamwork skills to support cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹9,981.78 - ₹34,695.49 per month
