**Education**: Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

**Experience**: 1 - 3 Yrs experience in Sales Coordination, Dispatch, and Administrative roles.

**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Sales & Order Management**
- Receive, verify, and process customer purchase orders.
- Coordinate with production and stores for material readiness.
- Prepare invoices, delivery challans, and other related documents.
- Maintain sales order tracker and ensure timely order fulfillment.

**2. Dispatch Coordination**
- Plan and schedule vehicle/material dispatches as per orders.
- Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners for timely deliveries.
- Track shipment movement and update customers on delivery status.
- Ensure proper documentation (invoice, e-way bill, packing list) before dispatch.

**3. Administrative Support**
- Manage general office administration and coordination tasks.
- Maintain dispatch records, stock registers, and filing systems.
- Support the accounts team with billing and payment follow-ups.
- Assist the Plant Manager and Dispatch Head in daily coordination activities.

**4. Reporting & Communication**
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on sales and dispatch performance.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients.
- Support process improvements in coordination, documentation, and workflow.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Graduate with 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination, dispatch, and admin roles (preferably in manufacturing / automotive / logistics).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
