**Job Title**: Banquet Steward
**Location**: Peninsula Redpine Hotel, Andheri East
**Department**: Food & Beverage
**Reports To**: Banquet Manager / F&B Manager
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of banquet events.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of banquet equipment and service areas.
- Support the banquet team with necessary supplies and logistics.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards in accordance with hotel policies.
- Handle banquet serviceware, glassware, and cutlery efficiently.
- Assist in stocking and organizing banquet inventory.
- Work collaboratively with the banquet and kitchen staff for seamless event execution.
- Address guest inquiries courteously and provide necessary assistance.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum **1-2 years** of experience in banquet or hospitality operations.
- Basic knowledge of banquet setups and service standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
