**Introduction**:
As a Banquet Steward, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of events and banquets within our establishment. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to delivering exceptional service will contribute to the overall success of our banquet operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Set-Up and Breakdown**: Efficiently set up and break down banquet rooms, ensuring all equipment and furnishings are in place according to event specifications.
- **Cleaning and Maintenance**: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in banquet areas, including the proper storage and cleaning of utensils, dishes, glassware, and other equipment.
- **Assistance to Service Staff**: Support the service staff during events by replenishing supplies, assisting with food and beverage service, and promptly addressing any guest requests.
- **Coordination**: Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to banquet events.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor and manage inventory of banquet supplies, notifying management when reordering is necessary.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to health and safety standards, following all relevant regulations and guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- **Physical Stamina**: Ability to lift and carry heavy items, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- **Team Player**: Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with other staff members.
- **Flexibility**: Adaptability to work variable shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- **Hygiene Standards**: Strict adherence to sanitation and hygiene standards to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- **Customer Service Skills**: Basic customer service skills to address guest inquiries and requests politely and promptly.
