**Location**: Peninsula Redpine Hotel, Andheri East - Airport Road Metro Station

**Department**: Food & Beverage Service

**Position Overview**:
As a **Food & Beverage Steward** at Peninsula Redpine Hotel, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and service areas, supporting food and beverage operations, and ensuring hygiene and sanitation standards are upheld at all times.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure cleanliness of the kitchen, pantry, dishwashing areas, and all F&B outlets.
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment thoroughly.
- Maintain proper stock of cleaning supplies and assist in inventory control.
- Assist kitchen staff in food preparation when needed.
- Dispose of garbage in a clean and timely manner, following hygiene standards.
- Ensure floor areas are dry and free of hazards at all times.
- Support service teams during functions, banquets, and peak hours.
- Follow hotel SOPs, safety, and hygiene protocols.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to supervisors promptly.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SSC (10th Pass); additional hospitality certification is a plus.
- Prior experience as a steward in a hotel/restaurant is preferred.
- Basic understanding of hygiene and sanitation practices.
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Positive attitude, team player, and attention to detail.
