Job Summary:
To maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards in Food & Beverage outlets, kitchens, and service areas, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities:
Cleanliness & Hygiene

1. Clean and sanitize dining areas, kitchens, and service areas.

2. Maintain spotless utensils, equipment, and crockery.

3. Ensure proper waste disposal and recycling.

4. Conduct regular deep cleaning of assigned areas.

Service Support

1. Assist servers with table setup, clearing, and replenishment.

2. Restock supplies, linens, and amenities.

3. Prepare and deliver food/beverage items as needed.

4. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies.

Kitchen Support

1. Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and surfaces.

2. Assist chefs with food preparation, plating, and garnishing.

3. Maintain organization of kitchen storage areas.

Laundry & Linen

1. Wash, iron, and fold linens, uniforms, and napkins.

2. Ensure timely delivery of clean laundry.

Safety & Security

1. Report hazards, accidents, or security breaches.

2. Maintain knowledge of emergency procedures.

Team Collaboration

1. Assist colleagues with tasks and duties.

2. Maintain positive, respectful relationships.

**Requirements**:
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent

Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in F&B stewarding or related field

**Skills**:

- Attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Physical stamina
- Basic English communication

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
