**Job Description for a Customer Support Role - International Process**

**Process Name - Travel Club India**

**Responsibilities**
- Overseeing the customer service process.
- Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
- Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.
- Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support,
- Establishing a positive rapport with all clients and customers via phone.
- Interacting with customers to ensure they have a desirable and shareable experience.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate with 1 year voice experience in Travel Process
- Communication and thought process has to be good.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be fluent in English
- Must be comfortable working from the office.

**Shift Timings - 5 days working - Male - 6 am - 12 am (any 9 (nine) hours shift)**

**Female - 6 am - 8 pm (any 9 (nine) hours shift)**

**Job Location : Noida - A - 37, Gate No - 01, Sector - 60, Noida - 201301**

**Job Type: Full Time**

**Remuneration: 3.96 - 4.80 Lakhs (In hand)**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹396,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
