Job Title: Customer Support Officer
Department: Recovery of Service Department
Location: Noida
Reports To: Service Head
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction & Support:
Address customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring quick resolution of issues.
Service Coordination:
Coordinate with Service team to resolve customer issues.
Schedule and follow up on service requests.
Ensure service commitments are met as per company policies.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain customer records, complaints, and service reports.
Document interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
Generate and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports to management.
Product & Service Knowledge:
Stay updated with company services and policies.
Provide guidance and information to customers regarding service features.
Assist customers with troubleshooting basic service-related issues.
Quality Assurance & Customer Satisfaction:
Gather customer feedback and work on service improvement initiatives.
Identify common service-related issues and suggest improvements.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in customer service or support roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to handle pressure.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in [banking, telecom, IT, retail, etc.].
Familiarity with service ticketing systems.
Multilingual proficiency is an added advantage.
Work Conditions:
Full-time position with office-based.
Interaction with customers, service teams, development team and management regularly.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
