**Job Summary**:
As a Sales and Customer Service Representative at HIFLIER TRAVELS, you will be responsible for promoting and selling travel services, Group packages and products to clients while ensuring top-tier customer service. Your role will involve understanding client needs, suggesting customized travel solutions, and assisting them with their bookings and post-booking services. You will build and maintain client relationships, and work to exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction levels.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales**:
- Promote and sell our travel packages, including flights, hotels, tours, and other travel-related products.
- Conduct client consultations to understand their preferences, budget, and needs to recommend suitable travel options.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, travel partners and suppliers to secure repeat business.
- Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Stay up-to-date with the latest travel trends, destinations, and offers.
- **Customer Service**:
- Assist clients with inquiries, bookings, cancellations, changes, and post-booking support.
- Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism and resolve them efficiently.
- Provide accurate and timely information about travel documentation, health requirements, visas and insurance policies.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to ensure clients are provided with detailed and useful information.
- Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in sales, travel consulting, or customer service (experience in the travel industry is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of travel products, including destinations, accommodation, transport, and travel insurance.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. (Expert Level English )
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, booking platforms, and standard office software (MS Office).
- A proactive and customer-focused attitude with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Certification in travel and tourism or a related field.
- Fluency in multiple languages will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
