**Key Responsibilities**:
- Contact potential clients via phone to introduce Multivision Wizards’ services and solutions.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries, providing information and addressing questions.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls and interactions in our CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and performance metrics.
- Handle objections and provide solutions to client concerns.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
- Provide feedback on customer interactions and suggest improvements to our telecalling approach.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the company.
**Education**:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
**Experience**:
