**Job Summary**:
We're seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to develop and implement social media strategies, engaging our target audience and driving brand growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**i) Social Media Strategy**:
1. Develop and execute social media marketing plans aligned with business objectives.

2. Conduct market research, analyze trends, and identify opportunities.

3. Set key performance indicators (KPIs) and track metrics.

**ii) Content Creation**:
1. Plan, create, and curate high-quality content (visual, video, written).

2. Develop content calendars and ensure consistent posting schedules.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for content input.

**iii) Platform Management**:
1. Manage and optimize social media profiles (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).

2. Ensure brand consistency across platforms.

3. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews.

**iv) Paid Social Media**:
1. Develop and execute paid social media campaigns (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter).

2. Manage budgets, targeting, and ad optimization.

3. Analyze campaign performance and report results.

**v) Analytics and Reporting**:
1. Track engagement metrics (likes, shares, comments).

2. Monitor follower growth and demographics.

**Requirements**:
Education & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of social media marketing experience.
- Proven track record of successful social media campaigns.

**Skills**:

- Excellent content creation, writing, and visual design skills.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and advertising.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Type**: Part-time
