**Responsibilities for CRE**:

- Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure long-term loyalty.
- Assist customers with product or service-related questions and issues.
- Manage customer complaints and resolve conflicts professionally and efficiently.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions, including details of inquiries, feedback, complaints, and actions taken.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner.
- Provide customers with information regarding products, services, promotions, and policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, support, and logistics) to ensure customer needs are met.
- Monitor customer feedback and provide suggestions to improve products or services.
- Continuously update knowledge of products, services, and industry trends.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in customer service or customer relationship management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
