**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a **CRM Executive** (preferably with a background in the hospitality or luxury service industry) to strengthen client relationships, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive loyalty. The role requires a service-oriented mindset, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach to ensure every client interaction is memorable and meaningful.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Engagement & Service Excellence**:
Deliver a warm, professional, and personalized experience to every client.
Ensure timely follow-ups to improve satisfaction and drive conversions.
**Relationship Management**:
Build long-term relationships by understanding client needs and preferences.
Maintain customer data, including key life events (birthdays, anniversaries, engagements), to personalize offers and communication.
Proactively connect with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
**Sales Support & Conversions**:
Track leads, monitor conversion rates, and share insights on customer trends.
Collaborate with the sales team to resolve conversion barriers and deliver seamless customer journeys.
Support front-office teams in ensuring a smooth enquiry-to-purchase experience.
**Customer Insights & Reporting**:
Analyse buying behaviour, preferences, and feedback to support strategic decisions.
Prepare reports on customer interactions, conversion metrics, and feedback patterns.
**Continuous Improvement**:
Stay updated on industry trends and CRM best practices.
Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance customer engagement and efficiency.
**Requirements & Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, BBA, or a related field.
1-3 years of customer-facing experience (hospitality, luxury retail, or similar industries preferred).
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and one regional language.
Strong ability to manage high-value clients with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
Problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly in customer situations.
Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple client interactions simultaneously.
Familiarity with CRM tools/software will be an advantage.
