**About the Role**

We are looking for energetic and confident freshers with excellent communication skills in **South Indian languages (Tamil / Telugu / Kannada / Malayalam)** to join our team for ATM cash verification through video calling. The role involves interacting with field staff and verifying ATM transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct **video call-based cash verification** of ATMs with field staff.
- Accurately verify and record ATM cash details during calls.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and guidelines during verification.
- Communicate effectively in regional languages (Tamil / Telugu / Kannada / Malayalam) as per requirement.
- Escalate discrepancies or irregularities to the supervisor/team lead.
- Maintain logs and prepare reports of daily verification activities.

**Required Skills & Competencies**
- **Languages**: Proficiency in at least one South Indian language (Tamil / Telugu / Kannada / Malayalam).
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.

**Eligibility Criteria**
- Qualification: Graduate (Freshers welcome).
- Age: 18 - 26 years.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts (if required).
