Job Role:

- Conduct monthly physical verification of cash in allocated ATMs & Vendor vaults
- Ensure allocated ATMs/ elobbies site hygiene - Physically inspect such sites hygiene on monthly basis & ensure rectification of identified issues through CREM Team
- Maintain ATM/Other Automated Touch Points Uptime through Managed Service Providers in liaison with related various internal stake holders (IT/ CREM/ Currency Chest/ RL/ CBRL Branches etc.)
- Coordination with self-servicing branches for ATM related issue resolution
- Identify local external as well as internal factors having impact on Automated Touch Points transactions & take corrective measures
- Facilitate various - ATM & site related analysis on need basis
- Ability to undertake field as well as desk assignments
- Coordination with Network & Switch team for issue resolution
- Coordination with Vendors Cash Team for regular cash loading and EOD

Job Requirements:

- Basic excel knowledge
- Two wheeler is must as it involves extensive field visits
