Urgent Hiring
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Monitor social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) for mentions of the company or brand, both positive and negative.
- Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner across social media channels.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve brand sentiment and resolve any potential PR crises.
- Work closely with the marketing, customer service, and public relations teams to ensure consistent and positive messaging.
- Track and analyze online conversations and trends related to the brand and industry.
- Utilize social listening tools and analytics platforms to assess and report on brand health and audience sentiment.
- Engage with influencers, brand advocates, and key stakeholders to promote positive brand narratives.
- Draft press releases, social media posts, and responses to online reviews to address negative or misleading content.
- Develop and execute proactive campaigns to improve the brand's image and online reputation.
Qualification: HSC /Graduate
Shift: Rotational shift/ rotational weekoff
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
