Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Industry: ALL BANKS ATM , WHITE LABLE ATM, BANKING Industry ,CRA, CMS (Cash management service).

Job Summary:

We are startup White-lable ATM and banking industry.

We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Office Administrator to manage daily office operations and support various administrative functions. The ideal candidate should have minimum 5 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Should have very good general and basic all around knowledge. Typing speed minimum 40 words and Very good Internet knowladge.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintaning office discipline

Oversee general office operations and maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.

Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence; direct them to appropriate departments or individuals.

Maintain and update office records, filing systems, and databases.

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for office maintenance and supplies.

Support HR and accounts departments with documentation, attendance, and basic data entry.

Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and company events.

Handle courier and mail services (inward/outward).

Monitor office inventory and ensure timely procurement of necessary supplies.

Ensure compliance with company policies and assist in implementing administrative systems.

Handle visitor management and front-desk duties when required.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline; additional administrative certifications are a plus.

Minimum 5 years of proven experience as an Office Administrator, Admin Executive, or similar role.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary: ₹[Insert range based on your budget and market, e.g., ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month]
