Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller at Elint AI. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for boosting sales by reaching out to current and possible clients.

Required skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma.
- Prior experience as a telecaller or similar.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word etc.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handling Inbound and Outbound Calls: Responsible for answering customer calls, responding to inquiries, and calling potential customers to promote products or services.
- Providing Information and Assistance: Should be able to answer customer questions and provide information about products and services. They should also be able to assist customers with problems or issues they may be experiencing.
- Maintaining Accurate Records: Should be able to accurately record customer interactions and transactions and may be responsible for updating customer accounts or profiles with relevant information.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
