**This position reports to**:
Travel & Expenses Administrator

**Your role and responsibilities**:
In this role you will work closely and collaborate with the Global Corporate Card Manager, Global Project Lead, Global Procurement, Treasury, IS, T&E Front Office, travel agency, T&E pointed suppliers. Together with T&E you will ensure credible cooperation with divisional stakeholders including local business stakeholders. You will be responsible for planning and overseeing projects on regional level to ensure that they are completed by designated deadlines, with desired results and in line with agreed operational governance. The work model for the role is: #Li - Onsite This role is contributing to the Motion Drive Products Business in Bangalore You will be mainly accountable for: - Responsible for Administration of all CCC products. - Define tasks to ensure delivery of services to assigned employees and business partners in accordance with service level agreements. - Identify, recommend, and assist in implementation of best practices to gain efficiency and drive productivity gains in the areas of responsibility. - Performs analysis and quality checks in the respective area and highlights discrepancies for corrective and preventive action. - Investigates and escalates complex topics requiring support beyond the capabilities of level one support team based on service line responsibilities and guidelines.

**Qualifications for the role**:

- University Degree in business, Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
- High level of attention to detail is a must.
- MS office tools: Advance Excel skills are a must. Knowledge of MS office tools
- Flexible to work for different time zones
- Good business English language skills and interpersonal skills
