**Profile Introduction**:
As a Banquet Incharge at our esteemed hotel, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of various events and functions held within our banquet facilities. Your expertise in event planning, coordination, and customer service will contribute to the success of our hotel's banquet operations. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Event Coordination**: Plan, organize, and execute various events such as weddings, conferences, meetings, and social gatherings held in the banquet facilities.
- **Customer Service**: Provide exemplary customer service to clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met and exceeded.
- **Staff Management**: Supervise and coordinate banquet staff, including servers, chefs, and support staff, to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
- **Logistics Management**: Oversee logístical aspects of events, including setup, catering, audio-visual equipment, and breakdown.
- **Budget Management**: Work within allocated budgets for events, negotiating with vendors to secure cost-effective solutions.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure that all aspects of the banquet meet the hotel's quality standards, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during events.
