**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Learn Sales Techniques**: Engage in comprehensive training sessions to understand effective sales strategies tailored to the travel industry. Gain proficiency in pitching tour packages, addressing customer concerns, and closing sales deals.
- **Product Knowledge**: Familiarize yourself with our diverse range of tour packages, destinations, and services. Develop a deep understanding of the features and benefits of each offering to effectively communicate with potential customers.
- **Sales Support**: Provide support to senior sales professionals in executing sales campaigns, promotional activities, and customer outreach initiatives. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales department.
- **Market Research**: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to identify potential sales opportunities and market demands. Stay updated on emerging trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly to stay ahead in the competitive market.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales transactions. Prepare regular reports and updates on sales performance, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
- **Training and Development**: Actively participate in ongoing training programs and workshops to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and industry expertise. Seek feedback from mentors and supervisors to continuously improve performance and achieve career growth objectives.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and customer support to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services. Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Travel and tourism Industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively engaging with customers and conveying information about tour packages and services.
- A genuine passion for travel and exploration, coupled with enthusiasm for promoting travel experiences and destinations to customers. Knowledge of popular travel destinations, cultural attractions, and travel trends is advantageous.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
