Tours and Travels Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads of companies involved in event management, Tours and traveller, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) activities.

Analyze client portfolios to understand client segmentation and tailor sales strategies accordingly.

Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and presentations.

Follow up on networking interactions and leads to nurture relationships and drive sales conversions.

Follow up with clients to close sales and achieve revenue targets.

Maintain a database of sales leads and update information regularly.

Monitor competitors and customer demand to provide market intelligence for strategy development.

Provide first-level responses to clients' requests and requirements, escalating as necessary to ensure prompt resolution.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in related field.

Proven experience in business development, sales, or related role, preferably in the event management, Tours and traveller, MICE industry.

Strong understanding of consultative selling techniques and ability to identify clients' needs effectively.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Knowledge of the event management, Tours and traveller, MICE industry, competitors, and market trends is desirable.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

- Travel
- Up to 50% travel

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Tours and traveller Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Events management: 1 year (preferred)
