**Job Title : Tour Operator**

**Key responsibilities**

1. Tour Planning and Organization: Plan and organize tours, including booking flights, accommodations, and activities.

2. Itinerary Development: Create customized itineraries for clients based on their preferences and budget.

3. Client Communication: Communicate with clients to understand their requirements, provide travel recommendations, and respond to their queries.

4. Supplier Management: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, such as hotels, airlines, and activity providers.

5. Tour Operations: Coordinate tour logistics, including transportation, accommodation, and activities.

6. Quality Control: Monitor tour quality and ensure that clients receive excellent service.

7. Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during tours, such as flight delays or cancellations.

8. Sales and Marketing: Promote tours and travel packages to clients, and identify new business opportunities

**Requirements**:
1. Education: High school or a related field.

2. Experience: Fresher or 1year experience

3. Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Word.
- Knowledge of travel software and systems.
